Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange

  • Exchange should be initiated within 24 Hours of the customer receiving the product. The product must be UNWORN & UNUSED.
  • Customers will have to bear the Delivery Charges for the re-delivery of the product exchanged (Free delivery is valid for the first time) and the Return Charges as well.
  • Exchanges will be initiated after we have received the product back and inspected it for being UNWORN & UNUSED. 

Return

  • Return/Refund is only applicable on Genuine Faults in the product
  • Returns should be initiated within 24 Hours of the customer receiving the product. The product must be UNWORN & UNUSED.
  • Customers will have to bear the Delivery Charges for the Return of the product.
  • The Amount will be refunded after we receive the product back and have inspected it for the fault and being UNWORN & UNUSED.
